I am fifty-two years old, and I lost my husband due to covid right before Christmas. In twenty-seven years of marriage, we never spent any Christmas without each other. My kids visited me, and I received this book as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I like reading a spiritual book, and I believe we all are spiritual beings. I am blessed with a beautiful family, and I am grateful to be alive after this pandemic. I wanted to distract myself from the death of my husband, so I started reading this book. On day sixth of mindset Relationship practice, I realized that I had more than a hundred things to be grateful for about my husband, which brought me tears of joyful memories we had together. This book clearly explained how your thoughts and feeling bring joy into your life. Also, these chapters are small and easy to practice. Day twenty-two mindset practice was the turning point for my life. I joined a virtual friend circle and started focusing on my hobby of knitting. I am peaceful with my husband’s departure because I have more time to do what I like. I have also subscribed to the YouTube channel of this book, and the motivational videos are inspiring. This book gives you a new outlook towards life, and it is suitable for all ages.
